  • Prescription Disclosure: Hashtag does not require a prescription for cosmetic color contact lenses. However, we strongly recommend and advise all customers to have their eyes examined by an eye care professional and obtain a valid prescription before using any type of contact lens.

  • Adherence to Care Instructions: You are solely responsible for strictly following all provided contact lens and eyeglass care instructions, as well as the instructions from your eye care professional and solution manufacturers. Failure to do so may result in eye discomfort, infection, or other serious complications, for which Hashtag holds no liability.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our Website are subject to acceptance by Hashtag. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Our team will review such claims on a case-by-case basis. This does not imply a right to return or refund but rather an assessment for potential replacement at our sole discretion for manufacturing defects only. Opened or used products will not be considered for any form of claim.
